Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Far South Coast Hockey Association (ABN: 16 396 641 621) will be held 2.00pm Sunday 9 March 2025 at Club Narooma, 88 Princes Hwy, Narooma NSW 2546, to transact the following business.

Quorum

As stated in the Constitution, the quorum required for this meeting is 4 members of the FSCHA board plus 1 member from each of the affiliated clubs represented by their Delegate/s.

Voting

Voting rights and limitations are established in the Constitution.

Each Affiliated Club shall be entitled to up to 4 (four) votes at General Meetings, which subject to this clause shall be exercised by the Club's Delegate.

Board Nominations

Persons wishing to nominate for the Board are invited to email nominations to fschockeyassociation@gmail.com. Please note: 

• Nominations must be provided in writing via email

• Nominees must declare any position they hold in an affiliated club

• Nomination to be endorsed by authorised representative of an affiliated club

• Delivered to association not less than 5 days before the date of the AGM
